We flew from Kazan to Dubai and back in March 2024.
Brand new planes, clean, well serviced. They upgraded the class of seats there for free, and flew comfortably. Without delay, we arrived on time.
They landed back without delay, but when checking the systems, they revealed problems, while checking, a snack kit (water and crackers) was immediately delivered to the plane, after all passengers were taken back to the airport, where hot meals were offered, the company manager informed about further actions immediately. Very quickly, our board was replaced, we landed and the flight was sent. Food and drinks were also offered on board.
The flight was delayed, but the actions of the company's employees were clear and prompt that all passengers were satisfied. Safety is above all! Many thanks for the excellent work!

The most disgusting airline!
We were flying to Dubai-they delayed the flight, without any warnings at all. It's just that everyone sat for 40 minutes and did not understand what and where.
The food is terrible, it is impossible to eat and the house is full of fools to bring tea to food in almost an hour (with a night flight). No one wants to sleep, you can take out tea in an hour.

I didn't catch a lot of cold under the air conditioner in the hotel, I felt weak and heavy.
I asked for a plaid-the man came up(I didn't understand what language he was speaking) said szataoatsdvt loudly and turned off the Stewart call button. Since I didn't understand the answer, I called him three more times and each time he just turned off and left with a dissatisfied face.
He said he would call a Russian-speaking girl (of course she never came). We went to her ourselves, her face was even worse, just an employee of the MFC. She said there were no blankets and that was it.
I asked for water to drink a pill-they brought it 3 times. I asked for tea the whole flight -it was never brought.
I've flown abroad for the 12th time, and I've never met a worse car company.
