No provider at all! The usual intermediary from Rostelecom. They offer tariffs slightly lower than Rostelecom. When accepting a connection request from you, they send an application to the provider for a corporate tariff. Rostelecom calls you back, makes round eyes and corrects the application at its discretion. However, the price tag turns out to be lower than the application directly. T/h don't get fooled and be careful. Ps: Rostelecom declare that if the contract is terminated earlier than 6 months, then I will owe them 1800r !!! I have not heard such game for a long time! Despite the fact that Rostelecom currently does not offer any paper contracts. Point.
