I made an order at this store and repeatedly agreed on the pick-up date. Upon arrival on the appointed day outside Minsk, it turned out that the order could not be picked up, since the tiles from the order had not yet "arrived" at the warehouse. The girl was completely indifferent when communicating in the warehouse. If you want to pick up the tiles, come tomorrow, if not, leave. When I returned the money, the office talked as if I had made commitments and had not fulfilled them, and not the store. To avoid similar situations, I recommend contacting any other large store that fulfills agreements and does not promise what it cannot initially fulfill.
