I adore their workouts ❤️ The groups are small and you always get the coach's attention, which is very important in the process. I would like to mention a convenient subscription system - you can go to different classes at different times, by signing up in the application yourself.

Foka is a wonderful place) I fell in love with Pilates. Thanks to the individual approach of each coach, I learned to feel my body, improved stretching, strengthened all the muscles. Thank you for what you are doing!

A wonderful place that you always want to come to. Admins always greet you with a smile, as if you come home ☺️ the workouts are high, the trainers always adapt the load to you.
