Нужно было отремонтировать принтер, и чтобы не нести его, заранее зашла спросить. На вопрос, ремонтируют ли они оргтехнику, работник сделал вид, что впервые слышит это слово и как будто я спрашиваю про НЛО, даже не вникая в наш случай. После пояснения что нужно отремонтировать принтер, назвал цену за диагностику - 600 р , а потом уже будет известно сколько это будет стоить. Странное отношение к клиентам, и огромное нежелание работать. Конечно же, мы туда ни ногой. Хорошо, что зашла узнать прежде. Не советую ни в коем случае. Буду искать другой сервис.

Привез картридж на заправку. Якобы заправили и через месяц мне понадобилось напечатать N количество листов.... картридж пустой. Экономия в 500 р встаёт вам в негативный отзыв!
