Level 12 Local Expert

3 (not one) stars were awarded just for the view. It used to be a great place in the 90s. There were VERY tasty cakes, professional staff. Now the toponyms have gone bad, completely tasteless, cloying. The staff are immigrants from third world countries with no experience or training.
