I can't say for the quality, but about communication and feedback in general, it's a complete horror!!! I wrote to them on Instagram, the message was read, but they did not deign to respond, although after that they posted the Story on their account. Then the question is, why do you need an account if you don't answer? I can assume that the same situation will be with the telephone connection!!!
If there is no interest in the answer, the store does not value customers!!!
