I bought sneakers. After 3 days, the right sneaker began to creak and an unbalanced ball appeared on the toe, which led to discomfort during wearing. The seller immediately told me that this is not a warranty case. On the issue of the squeak, they took it for "examination". They said the deadline is up to 14 days, as a result, almost 3 weeks have passed. No call, no message. After my call to the store, he told me that they would give it to the merchandiser so that he would call me back. After talking to him, they decided that I would come to the store and show him the problem. I could not do this because the sneaker no longer creaked (although I said that this did not happen immediately, but after some time). After walking around the store in circles for 15 minutes, my nerves gave out and I had no intention of continuing this circus. I had to pick up the sneakers because the merchandiser could not find the defect, despite the fact that I showed the video with a squeak. I strongly do not recommend the store. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews right away. I would save money, nerves and most importantly time.

At the end of October, we purchased a pair of Columbia brand men's shoes at this store in Dana Mall. Demi fleece-insulated half-boots. I put them on 2 times. I hardly walk, I work in the office, I travel by car. The material began to pile after 2 days. We are in shock, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is not known whether these shoes are related to a well-known brand. They were brought to the store, where they were accepted on receipt, saying that they could walk along the edge with a lighter so that they would not get dirty. The commodity expert did not see this as a marriage. Apparently, in his opinion, shoes for 220 rubles should be torn within 2 days. An examination was appointed. We bought similar half-boots of another brand in another place, everything is fine. 3 weeks of socks, as new. Columbia is aware of the problem there, they returned money to customers without any questions, without any expertise, because the whole lot is the same. But the commodity expert in futterra apparently wants to recapture the costs for a defective batch at the expense of buyers. This model has now been discounted, according to sellers, now buyers are being warned about possible problems. We bought more than a month ago, unfortunately, no one told us that. I do not advise anyone to contact the store!!!!!

The quality and service are at 0, the attitude towards customers is at the worst level. Converses were bought, which began to tear after a month, they do not give the transfer acceptance certificate, they do not know the laws, they do not fulfill consumer rights, I do not advise this store!!
