Secondly, they promise to call back on their own within a few days, a week later you start calling their contact number yourself - they don't pick it up. Somehow they called me back, asked why I was calling) After explaining their situation, they start looking for these unfortunate headphones in their halls, they say they will call back) They call back an hour later with the words: "Master will take a look today." God be with him, we are waiting for another day, in about two days they report that the repair will be about 130 rubles. You decide it's expensive, you refuse, you wait for weeks for your headphones to be taken to the same place where you gave them for repair. And here the situation is similar: they say they will bring you in a day, you come in two, there are no headphones) It's nice that there was a very nice girl on shift that day and agreed to call me back when the headphones arrived. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name.
