Well, on a trout farm, you definitely shouldn't think about an affordable menu, especially about fish, but also ... and this is the most important thing.
If you decide to have a snack there, you will have to wait, 30-40 minutes, and whether your UAZ will be waiting for you...negotiate with him and with the rest of the tourists who have already refused to wait and are hot... Anyway...the service is not the same, either the restaurant does not pull, or greed... Everything is solved by catching up with the staff at the restaurant for the season... it works everywhere, don't skimp on people, let them get knocked down in the season, pay them in full and earn it yourself.
The scheme is not the same here...
in short, bring food to us, we will throw it away.

The farm is not small and guests are always welcome. Of course, the road to it is not very good, but you can get there. We drove our own crossover car.

As a result, I drove uphill for 1-2 minutes in 1-2 gear. In general, you should not drive your own car. And so, in general, there are a lot of trout (farm). The prices are moderate, but it turns out there are cheaper ones with normal access roads. There is a small canyon just behind the fishery, and if you have bathing accessories, you can walk along the river to beautiful places.

It's a great place. A small canyon (the big one is located higher in the mountains) is an icy river, in which it's fun to lie in the boiling water. The trout farm provides bamboo fishing rod and canned corn. Two trout were caught in two seconds. Fishing rod rental is 100 rubles. 700 rubles per kg. We caught trout and immediately in a cafe on the grill: 150 rubles. - 100 gr. The cafe is pleasant. They cook delicious. Just an amazing khachapuri 'nart'. 2 trout on the grill, a huge portion of French fries, a huge salad with salmon, 2 bottles of soda - 4000.

And if you're counting your money, you'd better take it with you. They will charge 1,500 per kg to cook your fish. In local cafes for 1500 it is at least 3 dishes and 2 bottles of not bad dry wine (not to be confused with homemade swill)

I was at this farm in July 2022. I found it on the Internet, I specially went here to catch trout. Since I was traveling to Abkhazia by car, I took spinning with me. And imagine my disappointment, to drive 3200km and they tell you: you can't go with your own! Why? Because your tackle is weak, the fish will tear it off and then die uselessly. I say: am I weak? That is, a pike per 10 kg is not weak to drag, and a trout 300-500 grams is weak? OK, dear, let me pay not 100 rubles for your bamboo log with a rotten 1mm thick fishing line, but 200-300-500 rubles, but I will fish with a modern, lightweight, but durable tackle? I'll have fun, you'll get the money, and my family will eat delicious fish? The answer was no. All my appeals to the traveled distance and Abkhazian hospitality remained unanswered. What to do, the family needs to be fed, I had to pay this thief 100 rubles and catch 7 tails. It turned out to be delicious to salt them myself and use them for potatoes and chacha. But what kind of fishing was it? It's a disgrace. A bamboo log, a fishing line, it is clear that it is old, only a thickness of 1 mm saved it from a cliff, a float made of wine cork, a huge, blunt, rusty hook and bait: sweet corn. But the most annoying thing is that a little lower down the river, closer to the sea, there were several small farms where they were given a spinning fishing without any problems. I didn't need a lot of fish anymore, so I took only 3 pieces there, ate them right on the spot, and then took off the hooks and had fun fishing without hooks, enjoying the spectacle of fish attacks in clear water.
This year I will go, I will also take spinning, not from these wreckers, so I will go fishing in the sea.

A beautiful place with a disgusting kitchen!
We arrived at this location with our family, took a walk, returned to the cafe and it began.. We waited for the order for almost an hour and a half, we could only eat sliced vegetables from the cooked food. The waiter offered to delete only the trout from the order, we paid for the rest and left.. in general, a spoiled day and that's putting it mildly! I highly recommend this place to no one!

They fried it delicious for us . We tried both from the grill and from the frying pan.
I highly recommend trying eggplant salad with tomatoes in this cafe
