I highly recommend it!
We stayed for 5 days, we would have known that it would be cool, we would have booked in advance for more time. Clean, cozy, spacious, everything is available for cooking, there is a children's area, a barbecue area. The hosts, Maria and Sergey, are just a super, responsive, friendly family!!! It took 10-15 minutes to get to the sea at a leisurely pace, it didn't bother us, we walked around the neighborhood with pleasure. Near the market, Gagra shopping center.

After reading reviews about Trout on tugis, Yandex and Avito, all vacationers wrote about the wonderful hosts. It's true. Maria and Sergey are incredible, very positive, kind and hospitable people. It was a pleasure to communicate with them. They always helped, advised, supported and even treated us.
We rested in a separate house from June 22 to July 1. The house is new, clean, spacious, beautiful, stylish. It is clear that everything is done with a soul. Good beds and mattresses, new bedding, air conditioning, washing machine, stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, hair dryer, a large number of sockets, clothes dryer, a set of necessary towels and just a lot of beautiful interior details 😍✨️The water pressure is good, there were no interruptions. Tap water is not salty, fresh.
Towels and bed linen were changed every five days. It was a pleasure to live in such a house. A large beautiful territory in the yard: a river, ducks, flowers, small palm trees, different vegetation.In the evenings we sat on the terrace and admired the mountains.
You can fry the meat on the grill. The children could always keep themselves busy, playing with other children in the yard. There is also a large house on the territory with comfortable rooms and a shared kitchen, which everyone will definitely be able to afford. The railway does not interfere. Trains rarely run. The last flight is around 22.20. It does not travel at night. We liked to wave at the train with the children.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the sea slowly. On the way there are a lot of cafes, a market, shopping malls, excursions. The sea is clean, warm, sometimes there were strong waves. There is no such sea in Sochi, Adler, or Anapa!!
We went on excursions. The choice of what to visit was great: boat trips, jeeps, concerts, etc. The local people in Abkhazia are kind and hospitable, responsive, with a wonderful sense of humor. Many people scared us and dissuaded us from going. We felt safe and comfortable in this country. It's not worth talking about nature, you need to see it😍😍😍Abkhazia is now forever in our heart ❤

The territory is not large, but clean. There is a barbecue area for barbecue. The owners of this house are almost invisible, only seen upon arrival and departure. The rooms are small, the shower is combined with a toilet (very high step). It is difficult for people with disabilities to climb. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There is no children's zone as such, a swing and slide, a sandbox all overgrown with grass, and the zone itself is all covered in grass. It's a long walk to the sea. The coast is rocky and steep. We were with our grandchildren, we didn't even swim there. We went all the way to Pitsunda, where it was comfortable for children to enter the sea. The weather was great, the sea was warm (arrival time is June)
