Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel in March. I do not recommend it for the following reasons: 1. They didn't give us any information at the reception when we asked them anything. 2. The hotel is a 4* hotel, there are no robes or slippers in the room. Apparently the staff is stealing or the hotel is saving money. You have to ask constantly. 3. There was no hair conditioner. We asked for some and in the end they pretended to pour it. In fact, there was no conditioner. 4. They don't change the water in the pool. I checked it myself, I left a small stick in the water and it floated for the entire 7 days. 5. They don't clean the rooms well, they just spray water from a bottle and wipe the floor with a rag. 6. The waiter picks his nose. The sofas outside in the snack area are dirty. The only plus is the proximity to the metro and delicious breakfasts. This hotel needs one star . Добрый день.В данном отеле были в марте.Не рекомендую его по следующим причинам: 1.На ресепшн не давали никакую информацию,когда у них спрашивали что-либо. 2. Отель *4*,в комнате нет халатов и тапочек.Видимо персонал ворует или отель экономит.Нужно спрашивать постоянно. 3. Не было кондиционера для волос.Попросили налить и в итоге сделали вид,что налили.По факту кондиционера так и не было. 4.В бассейне воду не меняют.Проверила лично,оставила небольшую палочку в воде и она плавала все 7 дней. 5.Комнаты моют плохо,просто разбрызгивают воду из бутылки и протирают тряпкой пол. 6. Официант,который ковыряет в носу.Грязные диваны на улице в зоне перекуса. Один плюс рядом метро и вкусные завтраки.Этому отелю нужно ставить одну звезду.
