It's a good gym. Sky jumping coaches Yulia and Elena are simply the best, the adaptation period was easy with them, and people transmit positive energy so much that this becomes another reason to continue going to classes. The only caveat is that with the application, with automated recording / cancellation of group classes, it would be more convenient :) The girls at the reception are always friendly. Prices are average in the city.

We went to the zumba with a friend. An unpleasant experience.
1. Recording. No reminder that you signed up. And there is no important information in the SMS with the recording. I remember that I have a training session, I'm looking for an SMS, and there is simply no address indicated where to come. Also, 5 minutes before class, I had to run to buy sneakers. I went to the zumba for the first time and forgot about them. You can text me to remind me what to take with you.
2. The administrator is barely alive. He looks with surprise and pretension. Asking a person right away if he came for the first time, if he is confused, is a good practice. Take advantage of it. Next, the administrator was surprised to find that we only indicated the first name when recording and "for the future" said to indicate the last name. So for the future, we advise you to indicate in the record form that you need to specify both the first and last name (screen of the form). Also, the first lesson is not free in all halls, so you can also calmly inform about it, and not look in surprise in silence when the client came to pay.
3. I was surprised by the small cramped locker room with a small number of seats. It is very uncomfortable to change clothes both before and after class
4. The zumba itself. The class is crowded and quite crowded. The hall is such that the back row during the bundles crashes into the equipment and the wall. You can record fewer people or arrange them correctly. Well, the bundles. We were a little shocked by the density and number of ligaments. For the first time, we don't even know the basic elementary movements that make up the bundles. You can at least warn that there will be no training and the group has already been prepared and has been going for a long time.

I lower my rating for dirty women's souls and for questionable coaching staff against the background of pricing policy. Long-term subscriptions cost almost as much as in premium class halls, but the level does not match, unfortunately

Disregard for customers!
I've been visiting this fitness studio for over a year. When I came to the solarium session once again, as usual, I scanned the code of my subscription, and named the time that needs to be written off. But the administrator was faced with a refusal to accept us.
At first, the administrator Polina explained this by saying that you cannot pay for two sessions for different people with one card. Then she began to say that for some technical reasons it is impossible to arrange two separate sessions in a row on the computer, which looks far-fetched, because sometimes the two of us have already visited the solarium and never had any problems with it.
We tried to discuss the situation with the administrator, but unfortunately we were faced with a complete lack of flexibility and a desire to find a compromise. She just didn't care about our problem. As a result, we had to leave.
If this is an existing rule, then it is puzzling, since it has no logical justification and looks like discrimination or malicious obstruction of customers.
I hope for the prudence of management that they will pay attention to this review and review their internal rules or raise the standards of customer service.
But at the moment, the incident has completely ruined the impression of the fitness studio "Forma", and we no longer plan to return to it or advise among friends.
I do not recommend this club. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

The hall is always clean! Each client is given a small towel with which to practice, which creates a certain culture in the hall. Even pleasant little things in the locker rooms in the form of combs, creams, etc. create a feeling of caring for the client. Convenient location near the metro station.
The only drawback is that the hall is small and sometimes does not cope with the flow of people who go there.

Excellent, spacious gym, a large selection of exercise equipment! Instructors are always present in the hall! There are group workouts in separate halls! Good ventilation, the inventory is in excellent condition! Group lessons instructors are professionals in their field! There is also a massage, a bar, a wardrobe for outerwear, a solarium and a children's room! The changing rooms are good, but in the evening there is little space due to the large number of visitors)! there is a spacious shower room (always clean), hair dryers! Very helpful staff!

The gym is very weak, it does not pull on its own money.
I bought a subscription for 3 months, as a result, I went 3 times, at best.
There is no space, the simulators are one on one (I do not know how the gym was checked by the inspections. So sculpting one-on-one simulators is at least not safe). On treadmills, you look at the wall.
There are 2 halls in the hall where you can do stretching and so on, BUT they are constantly busy with group classes and you have to warm up in the gym with simulators where it is already difficult for a fly to fly.
The locker room is also small, if it's rush hour, then you need to change standing up, because everything is busy.
In general, the hall is quite expensive, but there are 0 reasons for this. The management preferred to give half of the space to a commercial area such as a solarium and so on.
