I was printing an image on a mug. At the very beginning, I asked if there would be the same color reproduction in the photo and on the mug - the girl said yes. In fact, it turned out to go green. Well done, they offered to redo it with other photos, it seemed to be printed as needed, but one mug was not printed - they redid it without any problems, the second time everything was printed and the image turned blue. I took two mugs home to look at and think about what to do next - I poured boiling water into them and they immediately cracked (the bottom of the mugs burst under the enamel) - obviously, the mugs are of poor quality. The money was returned to me without any problems, the girls were patient, they did it, they wanted it to work, but in fact they lost a lot of time and got nothing. 😅 Why two stars: 1. If you spent time on poor print quality, you would immediately say that you don't understand what's going on with the colors. 2. The mugs were clearly either defective or of poor quality. Instead of sympathy, at the end, the girl said that she had no problems with such mugs, hinting that I had deliberately burst them somehow to return? There's a crack under the enamel at the bottom and it's in two circles, how did I fix it the same way? But the girl said, "I don't know, I don't know..." Not a pleasant aftertaste.…

I give 4 stars exclusively for the work of Victoria's employee. A knowledgeable, customer-oriented, friendly and pleasant person. But, unfortunately, even it is not able to affect the poor print quality on the mug, which I planned to give to a loved one. Such a service is absolutely not worth the money spent on it. I didn't swear and demand a refund just because of Victoria. I won't use your services anymore if it's something meaningful to me.
