I was printing an image on a mug. At the very beginning, I asked if there would be the same color reproduction in the photo and on the mug - the girl said yes. In fact, it turned out to go green. Well done, they offered to redo it with other photos, it seemed to be printed as needed, but one mug was not printed - they redid it without any problems, the second time everything was printed and the image turned blue. I took two mugs home to look at and think about what to do next - I poured boiling water into them and they immediately cracked (the bottom of the mugs burst under the enamel) - obviously, the mugs are of poor quality. The money was returned to me without any problems, the girls were patient, they did it, they wanted it to work, but in fact they lost a lot of time and got nothing. 😅 Why two stars: 1. If you spent time on poor print quality, you would immediately say that you don't understand what's going on with the colors. 2. The mugs were clearly either defective or of poor quality. Instead of sympathy, at the end, the girl said that she had no problems with such mugs, hinting that I had deliberately burst them somehow to return? There's a crack under the enamel at the bottom and it's in two circles, how did I fix it the same way? But the girl said, "I don't know, I don't know..." Not a pleasant aftertaste.…

Terrible attitude towards customers. I worked with them by bank transfer. You need to go through 7 circles of hell to sign a contract with them. Employees talk through their lips, they can't get through on the phone, the email with the print files is deleted, they have to send it all over again. I have repeatedly printed simple 10*15 photos in this center. There were always simple "economy" photos by default when printing, this time they unconditionally made me "tipo Premium". Which I overpaid for. It would be fine if they were really Premium, but this is far from the case. The photos turned out to be not of natural color, large cropping on the sides, so the quality of the photos themselves is worse than when the economy photos were printed. I won't print any more here and I don't advise anyone.

In short, complete horror! They printed a graduation project and a list of joints in this center: 1. Printing of the lowest quality (apparently the printer is set to "ultra-eco mode"), the diagrams on A4 were unreadable (the text was blurred so that my eye began to bleed), squares and circles ceased to be such due to the fiercest pixelation (it's a pity they threw out these sheets there, so I would back up the photo). 2. The margins were not the same as in the original PDF (the indentation on the right is 1.5 cm, the jambs in the photo), the values did not converge on all sides. 3. A sheet with a frame got another incomprehensible frame along the edge of the sheet (see photo). There were also shoals of small things, such as sheets that have a different shade, an employee who proves that everything is fine and that it should be (I have experience as a system administrator and know how normal and how it should be!). So that's what I'm all about, after that we reprinted everything at work, on an ordinary simple printer, and lo and behold, we spent 5 minutes and got indents as in the source, high quality text, diagrams and pictures, and all this for free, not 70 BYN (which were eventually thrown into the trash!) and 50 minutes of time (although it was necessary urgently!!!). For ourselves, we concluded that we will never use the services of the Format printing center and will not advise others! And replace the paper feed roller, it jams the edge of the sheet!
