I visited this place a couple of days ago, I had to print out my documents and take a picture on my passport. I would like to mention Ivan's employee. I think that I can be called a specialist for my attentive attitude, helped me navigate, edit the document and suggested in which format it is better to store documents for printing, since to be honest, I am not particularly good at this myself. Initially, I didn't like how it turned out in the frame of the photo, Ivan offered to take a photo and then edited the photo so that everything was fine. I would like to see more such employees who really value their customers. Absolutely not all printing centers will edit photos for documents, but it's a pity... thank you again. Now I'm going to come here all the time. I want to be converted and maybe somehow encouraged by the guy - it's really not everywhere to find such employees, you have to hold on to that!

We came with a young man to print out a photo, from the very beginning, the workers seemed to show their dislike for us with all their appearance, we did not hear either hello or goodbye, although it was said from our side, the photos themselves were printed with terrible color correction (the faces in the photo are literally red, although there is no such thing in the original) and the format (were white stripes on the edges of the photo), the workers didn't want to do anything about it.

I printed A1 and A3 formats, followed by folding the sheets. After leaving the center, I found that the folded sheets significantly exceed the size of A4 format. When I returned, I explained the essence of the claim, it happened because the frames were not according to GOST. The girls communicated kindly/ affably, they reprinted everything, and refunded the money for folding because I said I would fold it myself this time. In my opinion, the behavior of the staff of the printing center was as customer-oriented and correct as possible!!!

I don't recommend it if you need high-quality printing. They printed a test sheet, the color sensor flew off, the girls have no idea how to fix it, and they didn't warn that the color would be different, they just printed it in silence. When I bring it to print, I have no idea what might happen - the picture is in poor quality or the wrong color profile, the task of the employees is to warn about it. We tried to print a different format, the same story, but there is no solution. To refuse to print, they asked to pay 10 rubles for the fact that two files went into the trash. The moral is to think for yourself.

I took a photo for the driver's medical certificate in the center at 156 Prytytsky Street. The photo came out fine on the camera, only there was a shadow on one side in the eye area, and it caught my eye. We agreed that they would remove it. And she asked me to smooth out the chin line on the sides a little (transition). I come to pick up the photo, the shadow was not removed, the chin was cut off, which did not look like myself, and the skin was very heavily lubricated (I had already closed my eyes to this), It felt like it was in a hurry, although it was in the daytime and there was not a huge flow of people. And there were three girls working. As a result, we did more or less retouching together at the computer. And it felt like the girl didn't really understand the basics, even though the designers were supposed to be working there. What I want to note is that I did not expect a wow effect from retouching, and it is clear that this photo is for documents. But I would like a more attentive attitude. Most of all, I didn't like the fact that the girl noted more than once that it was the same photo for medical examination. But it doesn't matter where, if you provide services, then please do your job efficiently and professionally.

On 02/14/26, I turned to a young girl (dark wavy hair) to print photos, we measured the album together, we also decided on the size (10x15), however, I paid a different amount, the photos were given out differently, I did not receive an apology, they only offered a discount on the next purchase, the mood is spoiled and the photos do not fit into the album. The girl convinced me that I agreed to the final size myself, but if you look at the cameras and listen to the essence of the conversation, it was clearly indicated that the album contains 2 photos per 1 page of 10 by 15. I attach the album with the size and photo for clarity, impressions :Of course, I don't feel like going to this center anymore, at least not to this specialist.
