I asked for a stamp on the mug again, as a gift for a loved one, the guys helped with the layout, all my wishes were taken into account.The print quality is excellent: the colors are bright, the image is clear, everything turned out exactly as I wanted. It was done quickly and neatly, the staff is polite and attentive to details. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professional approach. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for high-quality souvenirs!

Everything seems to be OK, but the speed and level of work seem to be poor. I asked to print the file, for some reason they printed it on a4, and I had the file format on a3, they just stretched the file for some reason without asking. The working speed is 1/10. And the trimming of the edges is so crooked that it would be better with scissors. The question is also about the price, if it were worth 5p, it would be 5/5. But for 15p they printed out the wrong thing, cropped it crookedly. And this is one piece of paper. If I hadn't been typing this almost every week for 8p almost all over Minsk, I might have been happy about it.

I would like to question the quality of the services provided. On November 26, I came to print out the invitations, specifying what I wanted. They told me that they were doing this and started printing. First they showed me a sample, and I agreed with the seal. Then she asked me to trim it to the right size, although I thought it was supposed to be, but apparently not here. This is where it all started. They cut the invitations for me somehow, to my argument that they were all crooked and of different sizes, they offered to fit them to one size (wow, really, I wanted all the invitations to be different). After re-cropping, they were still crooked and I was asked to crop again. It's not clear what the point was. Apparently, they wanted my invitations to disappear from the face of the earth. I gave 48 rubles for the invitations (this is 5 sheets of printing). When asked what the amount was, I was told that 5.60 double A4 printing and the rest for pruning. That is, I paid 20 rubles for pruning and received an outright hack. Even the frame, which they made themselves for the convenience of cropping, was not cut off on all the cards. I don't recommend coming here. I am attaching a photo.

The trainee cashier is weak, and there is no one experienced next to her. VERY SLOW! He barely speaks, the photo itself had to be converted to the format needed for the copy center — this is nonsense! And this is when ordering photos in premium quality. Without premium purchase, waiting for 28 regular photos to be printed FOR 4 DAYS! Darkness

They take terrible pictures on documents, there is no tripod, the photos are taken from below, then from above (the girl is an employee of low height, but they take pictures standing up, it can't turn out exactly). Retouching is bad (they say that they only remove glare, but the photo from the camera and in the printed version are like two completely different photos). I used to go for photos in the Zhilunovich photo Format - they did well. And in this Format, employees are absolutely not able to do this. In general, I do not recommend taking photos here.
