The dough here is always incredibly tasty, but the attitude of the staff is also very pleasant. The young guys at the checkout are polite, calm, and always ready to help with the selection. Disgusting service. I've ordered bubble Tea from them more than once. Not only do they directly impose additional ingredients under the guise of free ones (in other places where ingredients are not included in the price, tea is cheaper just by the cost of these "free" toppings), but they are also not regularly available (tapioca, the main ingredient, they ran out in 8 cases of 10). And today, the employee clearly wasn't listening to the order at all. I ordered 2 mint teas and taro from her. They all have the same set of additional ingredients (tapioca and coconut jelly), but at first the girl ignored that I ordered 2 mint teas, and then, when I repeated the order, she "forgot" about the tarot. It's also annoying that they require naming ingredients separately for each drink. That is, if you come to them with a large group of 5-10 people and order the same dough for everyone, then you will have to repeat the list of additives for each of the 10 drinks, as with a jammed record.
