First, he added balls to the cup, then poured ice to the top and filled it with liquid, and apparently there was too much ice, so he took out the top piece of ice with his hand (in full view of all people, besides without gloves), threw it into the sink, but it bounced and fell to the floor. He just picked it up from the floor and threw it back into the sink. When I saw all this, I was shocked and didn't even think to say anything about it. Персонал не хочет работать, кассир и девушка, которая делала напитки, делали все настолько медленно и с настолько недовольными лицами, что хотелось отправить их домой отдыхать. Взяла тайский чай, чай омерзительный, будто разбавленный слишком большим количеством воды, его спасали только выбранные мной шарики, которые я выбирала в максимально некомфортной атмосфере (кассир настолько устал консультировать предыдущих клиентов, что уже было лень открыть рот и предложить помощь, и он просто смотрел и ждал), но самый сок не в этом. Самый сок в том, что чай мне налили в стакан до самых краев, не предупредив об этом, и когда я пробила крышку трубочкой, чай оказался везде — на полу, на стуле, на стойке, вся одежда была также испачкана в чае. Спасибо за предупреждение 👍 Зачем наливать чай (или, скорее, настолько разбавлять его водой) до краев, показывая свою щедрость, если крышку в любом случае придется пробивать и брызги полетят во все стороны?
Раньше Formosa была лучше. Сейчас и персонал странный, и чай так себе. Не советую.

Таро отвратительный, будто разбавлен настолько, что от самого таро остался цвет и тапиока. Парень кассир явно устал, отправьте его в отпуск и на курсы общения с гостями, девушка, что готовила напиток, кинула трубку, без шуток кинула и что-то промямлила, уточнили что? А нам персонал попался неплохой. Были 2 девушки, они даже помогли с выбором вкуса, и что с чем лучше сочетается) Взяли два разных напитка. Ооочень понравились! Есть, с чем сравнить, поэтому могу порекомендовать 👍🏽🧋 Но цены чуть завышены.
