We arrived at rush hour, no one met us at the entrance, we had to go to the bar and ask to remove the vacant table. The waiters obviously couldn't cope with the number of visitors. The waiter wiped the table, silently put down the menu and left without a word of greeting. I ordered a pizza with shrimp and mushrooms. It was impossible to eat, except for the taste of champignons, which were liberally sprinkled on the pizza, nothing else was felt, neither the taste of shrimp nor cheese. After looking closely, I noticed a piece of bacon in the pizza, which obviously got there by accident, it should not have been in the composition, moreover, I have not eaten meat and poultry for 10 years.. No apologies from the waiter for what happened. The "decoration" of the summer veranda looked more like a diner, the tables were close to each other. The evening was ruined because we had to look for a new place, and we were passing through Grodno. It is inexplicable that there are so many high ratings in the reviews.

We visited Forno on 10/30/2024. The institution was advised by friends, they also looked at the reviews - everything was justified and even more!!! Everything was on top: top service (they help with the choice, because the choice is huge, friendly staff), the food is super. Prices are acceptable: 25-50p depending on the size (600g-1300g).
100% I will advise and visit whenever possible!

We've been here twice in the last six months. The pizza is spoiled, overcooked. The waiters are not suitable. We waited 20 minutes for the bill, after we took the dishes, on a weekday! There weren't many people, just us and everyone.

Good afternoon. We visited Forno's establishment. And a complete disappointment. When they sat down at the table, although it was removed from the dishes, they wiped it themselves. If you have a summer porch, then maybe you need to wash it at least sometimes. You walk around and stick, it's not very good. The empty dishes were not cleaned, and the bottles with the drinks were also standing until the end of the visit. The order was brought for half, the other half had to go to find out where it went? At the same time, orders that came later were brought to other tables. The impressions are somehow not very good.

Well, the pizza seems to be normal, the staff is so-so. It was in the summer, there were a lot of people in the evening. People wanted to get their order as usual and sit outside at tables. But suddenly, after the rain, the staff said, we will not serve the street now, do whatever you want there. Clean up the garbage after others and wipe the tables. It was a shame to see how many families with children and couples wanted to sit comfortably and eat their pizza, but they were told that they didn't need you here. In this place, where there are many different delicious establishments and restaurants, this is the only place I won't go anymore.

I don't know guys. I don't want to undermine someone's authority or offend anyone. But pizza is clearly overrated here, or we were just unlucky.
We were in Grodno for a couple of days, we came from St. Petersburg. After studying the map of the area, we decided on the first evening off the road to have a snack with the children at the pizzeria, especially since the reviews are such that not every Neapolitan pizzeria can boast of this))
But to our frustration, what they brought us didn't really look like some kind of pizza from the simplest food court, not to mention the author's pizzerias))
They brought us a round piece of dough that was not fully baked, and on top were absolutely raw ingredients that did not even have time to see the heat in the oven))
We thought that we were just so unlucky, or maybe there are just so many people - NO)))
Walking past the tables, and looking at the pizzas on the tables of visitors, we realized that here the ideas about pizza are somewhat distorted)) Well, or maybe it's such a busy day and a lot of people.))
As for the service, in general, the staff are well done, the waiters serve quickly and carefully!

But the most interesting thing is not this, but the fact that the pickled cucumbers taste as if they had already run, and the next morning, as a result, my stomach hurts, and the pizza is in the trash. I'm sorry, but this is the worst rustic pizza I've ever tasted. Moreover, this is the first time I ordered pizza in Forno and this is probably the last one. I have never tasted such a tasteless pizza! Dry. Unpeeled. Grated parmesan cheese is unusual for Italian pizza. The Parma ham is cut into thick pieces, the ham itself is dry and does not chew. The tomato slices are randomly sliced and scattered over the pizza. The pizza is four cheeses, in fact one cheese and a couple of slices of door blue, tough. As a result, the aftertaste turned out to be just a tight lump of dough in the stomach. Lemonades are primitive - carbonated water, syrup, a tiny slice of orange (this is for half a liter of lemonade!!!) and a couple of mint leaves. F. I. A. S. K O!!!!!!

We visited this place after reading reviews on Yandex and various travel bloggers. We ordered a Barbecue pizza. To say that you are disappointed is to say nothing. She's not worth the money. The dough was raw, the combination of products raises questions, and there were a couple drops of sauce. We ordered a cappuccino, brought one first. They asked for the bill twice, they forgot about us all the time. Everything was busy on the terrace, and the room was sooo stuffy, the air conditioner doesn't seem to be coping. We will not visit this institution anymore, although, as tourists, we went there with a pleasant expectation of delicious food, which is so beautifully sung in the purchased comments.
