Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel in Kurtatinsky Canyon.We try to visit North-Ossetia every year, since it's my homeland.this hotel is new, so it was our first time here. Location is excellent, all the staff was super friendly and extremely professional. everyone in this hotel, like restaurant staff or front desk, security guards, cleaning ladies, all ready to help if any questions. Our room with beautiful mountain view was very cozy,clean with everything you may need for comfortable stay. what's very important, and not common for high-mountain hotels in that area, our room was really warm,even floor was heated, so we could keep our window open for listen to Fiagdon river nearby, it was soooo relaxing.A lot lounge areas for chill inside and outside. lovely swimming pool for adults and kids, with lounge chairs inside and at outdoor terrace. Sauna, Spa salon. OMG, massage in spa was amazing, really helpful after my long flight from China.
At hotel surroundings there is a long but comfortable for hiking terrencourt, it will takes around one hour to go up and down.
Btw, here are many medieval architectural monuments at a canyon,the hotel can arrange private tours for you with experienced guide, if you wish. very interesting places to visit dated to the 14th-15th century.
Great high quality breakfast buffet with a large number of options of food and drinks, even champagne. restaurant with super delicious western and caucasian food for lunch and dinner or anytime if you will use room service.the air here is so clean and fresh, that the appetite is always good)
I was lucky to have a lovely birthday gift from a hotel, fruit platter and champagne, that was very sweet.
Frankly, to my opinion, this hotel it's deserves 5 stars. overall, we had unforgettable great time at Forrest terrace, wish to come back and definitely will at next year!

Очень приятная гостиница со свежим ремонтом и достойным обслуживанием. Весьма комфортные цены на еду, хорошие осетинские пироги и в целом готовят в ресторане вкусно. Завтрак разнообразный и любое адекватное пожелание могут реализовать.
Отлично оборудованная тропа прямо на территории, приятно прогуляться. Добротная зона спа — бассейн оставил хорошее впечатление, особенно после 21, когда там становилось совсем пусто.
Просторный номер, мебель качественная, уборка ежедневная, без нареканий.
У гостиницы есть свой трансфер, со слегка завышенным ценником, но автомобили хорошего класса. Экскурсии стоят примерно также, как если бы вы брали частного гида. У отеля хорошие брендированные джипы, так что есть смысл ездить по горам с отельными экскурсоводами.
Из минусов: не удалось связаться с гостиницей ни по телефону, ни через соцсети, хотя звонили каждый день почти неделю. В итоге, трансфер заказали сторонний.

Отель с душой, настолько все приятно и гармонично, что не хочется уезжать.
Потрясающие горные пейзажи, терренкур для прогулок классный!

Чудесный персонал, очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами.
Завтраки в отеле были настоящим удовольствием: свежие продукты, блюда на любой вкус.
Рекомендую попробовать ужин в ресторане отеля — еда невероятно вкусная, а атмосфера очень уютная)
