Обычный торговый центр, ничего особенного, но всё необходимое есть. Удобно, что рядом с метро, можно быстро зайти за покупками. Ассортимент магазинов стандартный: одежда, обувь, супермаркет "Перекрёсток", есть фуд-корт. Очереди небольшие, парковка удобная, но платная. Для повседневного шопинга подходит, но вау-эффекта не ждите.
