There is a boler with water for customers, but there are no cups. I made a remark to the administration, the answer is: they haven't delivered it to us yet. I live next to this bank, so I go there. Apparently, these cups have not been delivered to them in a year. The employees each collect water with their own mug. At the expense of managers: they lie terribly, just to sell you a loan, after applying for a loan, questions arise, but the manager is no longer interested in you. (Maybe not all of them are like that, but I came across one) in the department where they give out lost or eaten cards by the bug committee. The service is good.
