I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of the bank in general and the branch in orbit in particular.
After my first contact with the bank, it took about a week and no one bothered to give me money through the delivery service.
Apart from the fact that each manager says different loan amounts and interest rates, the bank does not work on weekends.
Therefore, after taking time off from work on a weekday, I was forced to personally come to the bank to receive money.
For a seemingly simple operation, the issuance of an already approved loan required me to spend exactly two hours in the department.
An incompetent employee, Alina, tried to throw off the responsibility for the delivery of the payment and reassigned the manager to me.
I categorically did not agree to wait any longer until I was contacted and insisted on issuing money at the branch, because I had already arrived there.
As a result, after I was thrown across between the tables, the employee Amir eventually gave me the money.
But even here there were problems: there are two ATMs in the branch, one of them does not work, and the second one has only 150,000 tenge left; therefore, I was forced to spend another 20 minutes in line at the cash register.
