After encountering a quiet horror, I decided to write a review about this institution!!! I celebrated my birthday on 19.01.19. Everything was fine until the bill was paid.... and then it started... the day before the event, I contacted the administrator Olga and canceled 2 salads and eggplant rolls. They told me that everything was OK))) BUT at the karaoke itself they told me that I had 4 servings of salad in 2 plates!(who does that?some kind of nonsense) and claim that there were eggplant rolls on the table. None of my 10 guests have seen them! at the time of payment, I pointed this out to them, I was reprinted the receipt (originally the amount was 330, including the deposit) after the cancellation it became 338! what did they expect that I would not notice?! after indicating a strange amount, I was reprinted a check for 285, an hour after my conversation about payment, a girl calls me and begins to claim that there was no cancellation and requires payment. Today, on 21.01, I was sent a message in Viber that if I do not pay extra, then "they will figure it out differently" I am shocked!
