There is a person there who looks after the children, but if you don't have a local SIM card and you can't make a phone call, you'll have to look after the child. Locals leave their children and go shopping. It is very comfortable. The child spent several hours there and did not want to leave. It is very convenient that there are sofas opposite and you can relax while the kids are playing. I recommend you to visit.
