Excellent LCD!
The territory is closed, nice neighbors, everyone says hello.
On the downside, there is little greenery in the area to go out for a walk. But if you walk for 5 minutes along a not very pleasant section of Timiryazevskaya, then you can go to a new square, it is comfortable there.

It looks like a good residential complex, I was considering a purchase option, but there were apartments with windows on Temiryazev and Baitursynov. In winter, passing through there, I noticed that the air there stinks of harsh exhaust. I decided not to take it, although the location was convenient, and the prices were 42 million for 72 squares.
