I want to warn everyone who plans to buy auto parts in this store. My experience of working with them turned out to be extremely disappointing, and their approach to warranty obligations was frankly unfair. **The essence of the problem:** I bought a car pump at the store. After professional installation, it flowed after 200 km of running. I contacted the store with a request for warranty repair/replacement. The managers agreed to accept the part "for verification", issued a refund as a warranty case and sent the pump to the supplier. **Circus with refusals:** After a while, I received a response from the supplier: "The warranty was denied." The reason is the allegedly "incompetent installation" by the masters. But! - No documents confirming their conclusions were provided: ** no test reports**, **certificates**, **descriptions of verification conditions**. - The store did not even try to challenge this decision or defend my right as a customer. They just sent me an unsubstantiated piece of paper with a refusal, shifting the responsibility to the "bad masters". - **Questions remained unanswered**: How was the examination conducted? On what basis did you conclude that the installation was incorrect? Why is there no technical opinion? **Lack of transparency and support:** It seems that the store and supplier operate according to the scheme: 1. Accept the product "for inspection" for visibility. 2. Blame the client or third parties. 3. Ignore the evidence requirements. All these are typical signs of **imitation of warranty obligations**. **The result:** I spent money on a defective pump, time on useless proceedings, and as a result, spoiled nerves and zero responsibility on the part of the store.
