I applied for services about a year ago and was very pleased with the quality of the printing and the professionalism of the staff. But last time, something went very wrong. They printed out an open marriage referring to "you prepared the file for printing the wrong way")) The file is in perfect order, it was printed out in another place without any problems. I suspect that this is due to the total savings on consumables and unqualified employees.
Previously, everything was fine, now it's just a waste of time.

Today, in hysterics, woolling the Internet where to make a printout (time was running out just very much) came across a photo frame. Just love - quickly, efficiently, inexpensively (which I'm shocked about)!Mega nice staff. Usually, when you're in a hurry, the time drags on even longer, but here for a pleasant chatter, I didn't notice it at all.
Also, the quality of the work is cool! From my seemingly completely hopeless photo, they just made a candy!
I definitely recommend it and a million percent that I will come back again and again

This is probably the worst printing house in the city!
I sent them a clear technical specification, with references on the photo, they said that everything is clear and they will do it.
As a result, several positions were simply not printed ("oh, we didn't see")
The booklet (I attach the photo) was redone 3 times, and they did it anyway:
for the first time they printed everything on one side, although the TK said double-sided printing.
They offered me to buy it back with a large circulation discount :))))
For the second time they printed the same layout on both sides-they said they would not redo it for free anymore!
It's terrible!
Due to the fact that the deadlines were very tight, I paid them again for their shoals.
Since I already had a shooting planned, and the booklets are not ready.
for the third time they said that we could not punch holes exactly, "your layout is not correct"
is brilliant :))
Avoid this sharashkin's office!

We took photos on a green card, instead of cropped photos we just got the original from the camera, you need to sit and measure / crop according to standards yourself. What is the money to pay for, then, for a camera click? They immediately asked me to take a photo for the passport - they were retouched so that my nose disappeared, they didn't check it right away.
