Disgusting service and attitude towards customers. It was necessary to print out 5 photos for the letter in an envelope (a small format was needed) I don't understand them, the man named possible ones, instead of explaining roughly how it looks and helping, the answer was: "girl, you know that two cells of a notebook are 1cm, so count it." Unfortunately, I didn't have a notebook with me, so I had to take my usual 10x15 so as not to quarrel at this stage. While the man was adjusting the desired format in Photoshop, apparently deciding not to waste time, at the same time he gave me a free course, which, by the way, no one asked him about, about how to take photos correctly. It turns out that it was necessary to turn on the flash on one of the photos (the photo was specially taken without a flash). In the second photo, I found out that it wasn't necessary to capture unnecessary elements in the frame (okay), and the third photo, in his opinion, should be horizontal instead of vertical. So-so entertainment for 5p, it's better to overpay and go to a more comfortable place where you won't be judged for your own photos.
