I don't understand why there are so many laudatory reviews. I was only pleased with the female administrator - therefore 1 star. I was photographed on my passport - No one reports that they take pictures only 3 times. The photographer doesn't care and is even rougher, he does his job perfectly. He advises nothing and even snaps at me. I took a picture from above, which shouldn't be there. The treatment is just a "fairy tale", added 10 years to me, and dyed my hair black. I'm going to take a photo in another studio, because I can't show it to anyone.

I ran in to quickly print a couple of sheets, not only was the staff not polite and not customer-oriented, but they also couldn't tell me the cost. The cost was calculated and announced only after everything was printed.
