I would like to mention the work of specialist Evgenia, who always quickly makes documents and creates a friendly atmosphere. Evgenia is always smiling, willingly helps to arrange and print documents correctly, as well as a very nice and attentive employee. I always get on her shift, so I wanted to mention her for her amazing work and communication with clients. There are many centers in the district, but thanks to Evgenia, customers are willing to visit this center. More than once, people have noted her amazing work and friendly attitude towards customers.

Yesterday, porters came with a young man to print out colored pictures. The girl is clearly dissatisfied with life or work, because initially she met us absolutely unfriendly, on her face it read "how do you all ...". Hello, I can't help you, she absolutely did not ask any questions, she barely answered something briefly to mine. I asked her where I could dump the files via tg, showing that it highlights two accounts. She didn't even look at it properly, but said that anyone would do. I sent it to the first one. There is also a claim that nothing came to her and that, it turns out, it should have been sent to another one. Okay. Then I started to get indignant that all the pictures are in different sizes, they say, solve the problem yourself. But in the end, when my boyfriend joined the conversation, it turned out that with almost a second click she was able to easily bring all the photos to the same size, hallelujah. Without any words in the literal sense, she almost threw us a file with pictures, naming the cost. And in the same way, without "thank you / please / goodbye", she continued to go about her business with a dissatisfied face. They gave 24p for 10 leaves. For such a price, I would like to see a friendly attitude towards customers, and not a disregard, especially when we came with positivity and kindness. The sediment remained concrete. The mood was ruined for the whole evening. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken.

Thank you very much for the photo on the documents! The quality is 10 points higher. Before that, I went around several photo studios in the district and already had unsuccessful pictures on my hands: in one studio (for 10 rubles) - terrible image quality with light and non-natural colors, in another promoted one (for 39 rubles)-- excessive retouching, as if it wasn't me, but a completely different person. Immediately, the photo turned out to be of the highest quality and natural, without excessive retouching. The cost of a photo for documents is 12 rubles. The photo was taken quickly, it was possible to observe the processing and printing process. The girl is polite and pleasant to talk to. I recommend it! The price-quality ratio pleased me.

Yesterday (04/02/2014) we went to print the poster, there are no questions about the print quality, but there are many questions about uneven borders, we received an answer to the request to remove the borders that this is impossible. When choosing a frame for the poster, we got them, but when we were asked to leave 2 liked ones to decide, of course they were put back in the closet and the girl just went behind the counter to do work or not very work things, not paying attention to us. There is very little space inside the cabin (do not turn around). Constant queues . The quality of services, namely photo printing, is not up to par. The only positive thing is the girl behind the counter! After 2 years, my wife managed to take a photo of herself in this photo center... The girls will understand half a day of preparation (makeup, hairstyle and clothing selection). We took a picture, I came for photos a day later, but there are no photos and there is no picture of myself. It's good that the check is still there. Photographed again in casual clothes. Just a mediocre attitude towards the client. I advise everyone, don't go there!

I took photos of documents in a green uniform. When they gave me the finished photos, the face was green and the uniform was filled in with purple in some places. When I asked why my face was green, they told me that I was wearing green, so it glows. And this is the height of inadequacy. If you allow yourself to give away such photos, then why do you position yourself as a "photo center" at all? The photo center is obliged to provide good photos, and if not, then warn immediately that you will not be able to do normal ones. When I said that I would not use such photos for documents, the girl simply began to cover up the green places on her face with a regular BRUSH in Photoshop! Naturally, erasing all facial expressions🤦♀️ And the photos were all whitewashed, illuminated. In general, the pictures turned out to be terrible In my opinion, the "photo center" sounds too loud for this place.
