I am very upset with the quality of services and services. The other day, I applied for printing color images on thick paper in the amount of 15 pcs. As a result, 14 of the 15 sheets were printed with a large margin at the top, about 3.5cm (0.5cm in the original file), the lower part of the images was "eaten". The sheet with the correct margins was placed on top when issuing the order, which is why I initially did not notice the catch. They insisted on paying in cash, despite my statements that I did not have the required amount (in the end, I reported in pennies). And of course, they didn't give me a check! I was extremely annoyed, I was printing a diagram for a gift, where margins matter, and also not for a small amount. Money is wasted.
