They printed the images, cropped them badly, did not accept the card, justifying that "something was broken with them," and did not issue a receipt as a bonus. I am very upset with the quality of services and services. The other day, I applied for printing color images on thick paper in the amount of 15 pcs. As a result, 14 of the 15 sheets were printed with a large margin at the top, about 3.5cm (0.5cm in the original file), the lower part of the images was "eaten". The sheet with the correct margins was placed on top when issuing the order, which is why I initially did not notice the catch. They insisted on paying in cash, despite my statements that I did not have the required amount (in the end, I reported in pennies). And of course, they didn't give me a check! I was extremely annoyed, I was printing a diagram for a gift, where margins matter, and also not for a small amount. Money is wasted.

I brought my laptop for repair, the Wi-Fi was not working. I assumed that the problem might be with the Wi-Fi adapter. The administrator accepted the laptop and later the master calls me. Initially, I was offered to reinstall Windows, which cost 70 rubles, which I completely relied on the master, because he is a professional, not me. The only thing I asked was not to download any antiviruses or programs. Then the call comes again, my old hard drive is very slow and you can immediately install a new, fast one, where I generally agreed. It would seem that Windows was reinstalled, the hard drive was replaced, probably the Wi-Fi started working? No. And 260 rubles have already left. So the master calls me with this news and offers to purchase an external Wi-Fi adapter from them for 30p. (read back -260p, which I offered at the very beginning). And about bingo! The Wi-Fi is working! Yes, the solution to my problem cost only 30p, but that's not the end of the story. When I got home, I found a bunch of useless programs like antiviruses and so on, but that I had to press three buttons there to delete. But the worst part was that Windows was not activated, although it had previously been licensed. As a result, I had to contact a programmer friend who activated Windows remotely for me in 3 minutes. And the icing on the cake was when the master decided to bargain on the last call: "for all 290p, can we agree on 300p?" As for the adapter (a small USB flash drive), which was actually relevant 5-10 years ago (2.4gg) and costs at most 10p on any marketplace, but they sell it as powerful as for 5g Internet for 30. Result: 1. Useless reinstallation of Windows for overprice, where the wizard did not even bother to activate it adequately 2. The hard drive is screwed in 3. A flash drive that sells for 10 rubles, they have a cost of 30 4. Attempts to bargain at 10 p, as if we are not in the service, but in the market 5. And also no documentation, receipts, etc.
