We have used the services of the Photodrome Photo Center many times, and there have never been any problems. However, on January 2, we placed an online order for canvases, we got a call back and were informed that the order would be ready on January 4. We have informed you that we will pick up the order on January 6 at the specified address.
When we arrived on January 6 to pick up an order from another city, there was no order at the specified address. We were informed that the order is at a different address, and that the courier will deliver it in 10 minutes. I'm sorry, but your "10 minutes" have turned into 50 minutes. Is this normal? I had to stand and wait with a small child. Why don't you call the customer when the order is ready and specify the delivery address?
Besides, it wasn't the first time we ordered canvases, and everything was fine, but this time I was just terrified. We ordered a collage, but the photos were stretched beyond the line, and one was bigger, the other smaller. Do you really not see these errors when they send you a photo? Couldn't it have been fixed to make it look beautiful instead of haphazard? An employee called us and said: "Let's do this, it will be better," but for some reason no one fixed this flaw. You're professionals, you should see such things. As a result, the whole mood was ruined.

A very good printout center. On Mazurov 46, in my area, there are not always high-quality color printouts. I suspect that sometimes cartridges are not refilled at the time or something else. I haven't seen this here yet, although I printed color pictures only 1 or 2 times - I don't remember anymore.
Anyway, the main thing is not to fade the colors in our lives, right? :-) Unfortunately, this is a controversial issue. We all see how the climate is really and very noticeably changing. Climate scientists irresponsibly claim that this is normal and that the cycles of warming and cooling have always changed each other. But is it happening as fast as it is now? Is the summer of 2024 normal for Belarus? The fact that this is normal will be claimed only by a person who is either lying or does not understand. And I'll tell you the truth: this is extremely abnormal. And such drastic climate changes are taking place not only in Belarus, but all over the world. It's just terribly hot in Ukraine this summer. It's the same in Asia, and in general, similar trash is happening in many places on the planet. Is that okay? Have scientists forgotten how they predicted 5-10 years ago that the temperature on the whole planet would rise by a maximum of one and a half degrees and at least for 100 years? They probably forgot. In short, dear people, these drastic changes do not happen just like that and they will not pass just like that. And there will be even more drastic changes. This will lead to the fact that already in the early thirties there will be so many cataclysms that our lives will turn into a horror movie: there will be no work, there will be no food, clean water, there will be no economy. It will just be a nightmare that will quickly turn into hell. But as long as we have the Internet and everything is still fine, we need to try to reach out to scientists and leaders of countries so that they urgently rally and do everything possible to solve climate problems. Moreover, there are technologies, they just need to be applied on a large scale and they should be APPLIED at all! And at the moment, no one is even discussing it at a high level. However, if we all start massively discussing the need for all this on social networks, in streams, at work, at home, in shops, then the media will pick up on it, and after that actions in the highest circles of power will begin. No options. You can act on your own, or you can find groups in social networks on the request "climate needs to be solved" - specific actions are proposed there. Thanks!

Wasted money at home on a phone is better than a photo. I asked them to correct it, but it doesn't seem to be available to them, although they said it was good. There are a lot of people, not all the ticket offices are working, the photographer took a passport photo immediately putting it on a rickety chair, the photo came out as if 10 kg more than I was in Real Life. I do not recommend this place for photos on important documents.

I was photographed for documents a year ago. The whole process was prepared, I sat down, and photographing took less than a minute. As soon as I sat down, the photographer immediately took one photo and that was it. Neither looked at how I looked, nor straightened my clothes, nor my hair, he didn't care where I was looking. Just click and you're free. I do not recommend it

I am very disappointed with the experience of photographing in this photo studio. When I arrived, I was greeted coldly and inattentively, which already created a bad impression. When the photographer started taking pictures of me for documents, I noticed that the light in the studio was incorrectly adjusted, which immediately affected the quality of the pictures.
Besides, when I received the photos, I was shocked. In them, I looked much older than I really am, and also in the photos there were visible wings that actually do not exist. This is simply unacceptable!
I expected high-quality and professional shots, but instead I got an unprofessional job that does not meet my expectations in any way. I will never contact this photo studio again and I do not recommend it to anyone I know

The best place to print photos in terms of quality, I hope the photos will not burn out in 50 years. Yes, I found it in other places and printed it cheaper, but the quality was lame! In the photodrome - as on the screen, even after color corrections and manipulations, the photos turn out good, without distortions. You can upload photos via the Internet, and pick them up the next day in one of these places, it's convenient!

Given the fact that this branch is the most client-loaded, the conditions for optimizing the workflow of employees are not met.
There are 3 employees in the shift (At the time of the visit) who cannot cope with the volume of customers. The wait for the primitive printing of Word documents 2 pages is 15+ minutes, then she simply did not wait, left, like other clients.
To level out such situations, there should be an express window, or the practice of the Copy Center of the Russian Federation - a table with a PC, where the client serves himself independently, without wasting his time
