Customer orientation is at zero. She came to digitize the videotape and asked me to transfer the file via email or cloud storage. To which the girl replied that it was only on a USB flash drive. I explain in Russian that I don't have a computer to insert this USB stick. I ask you to write it down to the cloud in a human way, or what other options there are. She added that she was ready to buy their flash drive and pay extra to reset it as I needed. The answer is no. If you don't reach people at all, is it really impossible to get into the client's position and provide some other possible option; how can you help solve the problem? Why is the photodrome absolutely not interested in this?

It was necessary to print 2 self-adhesive sheets on a scale of 100%, the employee could not tell which paper they were using and printed them with margins of 2 cm on a scale of 96%, before that they printed here and everything was fine. Tell your employees how to use the equipment, it doesn't seem to be the most difficult task.

When making a mistake in printing a passport, they do not give away or destroy an unsuccessful copy, but simply hand it over to waste paper or keep it for themselves. You can pick it up for full price, i.e. they make a mistake, and you pay for it if you don't want them to keep a copy of your passport

I was brought to this organization by an advertisement on Instagram. The print on the T-shirt that is relevant for a gift is attractive, I have not seen this before. Compared to Wildberry's offerings, sublimation printing is favourably used here instead of DTF. They are in Gomel, and I'm in the Minsk region, it doesn't matter, I'll pay for the delivery, I don't want to look for a picture in good quality myself, but here the font is cool.
But where is your service? Why don't you provide a scale product layout if there is a picture on Instagram without real scales that you can do (A3 cannot be done horizontally, although you can place an order on the site for it). I was told the dimensions of the future print were 29 * 20.5 cm and offered to try these sizes on the T-shirt myself in order to understand. And I'm preparing a XXL size product for a gift, I don't have clothes of this size available. As a result, the actual size of the picture is 28*19, it is printed CROOKEDLY. Photos of the finished product were not sent to me for approval before shipment.
Where is the information about what size chart you have? They answered me, "Take the size you wear in everyday life." As a result, our size L T-shirt matches your size XXL. And what about it? The composition of the T-shirt turned out to be 50/50 cotton and polyester, I also did not see any information about this.
On the other side of the phone, no one seemed interested in ordering. I got the feeling that they were scaring me with a 5-day production time, and the same amount for delivery. They asked, "Are we canceling the order?" instead of trying to keep the client at least pleasant communication. As a result, advertising brought me to you, I restrained myself in the hope of getting a good result no matter what. I received a curve and only 6 days later. I hope you will draw some conclusions and will not seek to single orders or cancel them.

the terrible quality of the photos on the documents. I understand that retouching is not allowed, I understand that there are certain requirements for the ratio of face and space, but people are wise, just pressing a button in the camera is not enough! you need to at least look not at the screen, but in the viewfinder! Check out a couple of lessons on YouTube. and yes, you just need to have at least one lamp, you take a photo once every 10 years and be afraid to open your passport at the border or in a bank for 10 years is a so-so pleasure. I took a photo on the same day in another institution - everything is fine, just super, you can immediately see that the arms are growing out of the shoulders

I had a chance to use the photo service for documents, namely a passport. I was extremely dissatisfied, the photo was of poor quality, heavily illuminated, there was no dialogue with the client during the shooting, the girl allowed herself to switch to other clients, serve them, and when asked to repeat the frame, she expressed dissatisfaction with the words "practice in front of the mirror." It is a pity that such an approach to clients, I would like to receive a high-quality service for which you pay and a more serious approach to photos for documents. The mood is spoiled, the photo is unusable. I do not recommend it, as for photos for documents.
