I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! The photo for the documents was taken in 5 minutes. They asked the child for 7 rubles instead of the 6 rubles stated on the website. They gave out a distorted photo . An additional payment was requested for the alteration. The photographer stated that he was not responsible for what happened in the photo. As a result, the photo was not accepted for documents. The photographer was rude, insulted the child, saying that in his opinion he was somehow not like that (he was confused by his tall stature). He offered to write a complaint tomorrow, because his working day was nearing the end and no one dares to detain him at 17-30 with working hours up to 18.00. And it was also stated that the photographer is the owner, so he sets the rules of behavior, communication, etc. independently at his request. Avoid this place!!! Good luck to everyone!!!

I was there for the first time and was very disappointed. We printed the photo not as requested. With a request to reprint, the young man replied that it was already the end of the working day (although it was 15.08), and he would not print, but only 2 photos needed to be printed for a gift. That's not how they work in the service sector. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste.

During the conversation, no one clarified to me that the guys work with LAPTOPS. I found out in fact when I brought the system unit. Maybe it will be useful for someone. Even when searching on the Internet, and even on their website, it was not indicated that the work is done only with laptops.
