Terrible service, you come, you don't know who to approach, the workers talk to each other and giggle endlessly, because of this they forgot to give me some printed sheets, they do everything very slowly.
It turns out that there is a photo, but it does not smell like luxury.

I often come here for a variety of requests, mainly: passport photos, color printing and buying CDs. In short: the staff is pleasant, they provide a wide range of different services (in addition to all of the above, they can change the photo resolution to the desired one, edit it; they did it for free), such as printing on T-shirts, cups, lighters, making key chains. The same disks, flash drives, memory cards, photo frames, school supplies (pencil cases, pens, etc.) and ready-made samples of printed products are on sale. I have no complaints about prices and staff.

The process is not very organized. There are queues and misunderstandings of visitors where to approach them and what is the procedure for receiving services. There is also a stationery department inside and more than one place to wait for an order, everyone is standing.

Terrible shift worker, rude. When I asked her to print it out, she replied that she couldn't. But in another photo suite on the ring, literally 2 days earlier, everything was done to me without question. In this case, she replied, I don't like going there. What kind of appeal??? He's sitting with a disgruntled face. The question arises, then why work? If it doesn't suit you.

It's a disgusting job. I do not recommend Photolux for printing.
We printed postcards in blue colors, all 60 pieces. Any printing studio has requirements for the layout for printing.
We asked to send these requirements, to which the employee replied that we send the files, okay, knowing the standard printing requirements, I prepared the file as much as possible, uploaded images of suitable sizes in the cmyk color profile.
If this was my first print, I wouldn't be so upset. But this is above unprofessionalism. They offer to print it on another printer, and they do not recognize their joint. If it's not about the color profile, but about vintage equipment, the studio is obliged to warn that their printer changes colors when printing. I must! For the client to make a decision and take responsibility for it, but no one told us about it, and they simply could not not know. I attach the photo for an example of their printing, the second is directly what was sent to them for printing.

The best print shop in Mozyr. There are all services here: from photocopies and photos for documents, to printing. The prices for photo printing may seem high, but here they print photos in a professional photo lab, and not on printers, as in many other salons.
