I do not know who works in this office. We regretted 100 times that we came here.
The task was simple: digitize and print all the photos from the film, but apparently it turned out to be too difficult to do it the first time and in full.
The service is paid in full, but HOW is it performed?!?!
First, they digitized and printed out not all the photos that we found ourselves (5 pieces just decided to skip)))))))))
Okay, we waited another 2 DAYS, these photos were printed out for us and digitized onto a flash drive.
After a few days, we decided to look at the photos on the computer, BUT THEY ARE NOT THERE!!!
We paid the full price for the "service" that was provided to us here, but they also decided to take an additional payment with our nerves and free time. So, if your time, nerves and money are dear to you, then go around this place with their "specialists" that they can't even throw a photo on a flash drive, sideways.
Previously, the film was developed and digitized in another place, where everything was done in full and in one day. Unfortunately, they no longer provide these services, so fate was cruel to us and we got here.

They print for a long time, often the quality of the text is low, they do not offer to redo it. If you don't want to hang out for a long time, then don't come here. Plus, by the beginning of the working day (10:00) there was no one, I waited 5 minutes for at least someone to come to open this institution, but I did not finish. I went to print it out in the next building. It's better not to come here right away, but go to the neighbors.

A long enough scan of the film. When the film was issued, it was cut into 2 unequal parts (20 and 17 frames). I also asked to scan in maximum quality (on the website the maximum quality is TIFF / BMP 2K x 3K) as a result, we scanned in JPEG 2K x 3K. Also, the Kodak A125 Dot Color film (winding, C-41 process) was not accepted, referring to the fact that they do not accept windings.

We ordered photos from them, said that we could pick them up after 6 o'clock, and their working time is up to 8. I arrive at 7:20, I see an ad hanging that they closed at 7 for technical reasons. Naturally, it was possible to warn customers about the closure, but apparently it did not occur to them. There was a director in the photo studio at that time who was not responsible for anything. As a result, I heard from him: "for all questions, please contact us during business hours."

I printed out the documents here. Everything is mixed up, something is upside down at all. They also did it for 15 minutes. I was in a hurry and didn't see it in time. Money is wasted! They don't know how to work at all.

I gave the film for development, they said it would be ready within two weeks. Calling the photo center a month later, I heard that the order would be ready the next day. 5 minutes after the conversation, they called me back from there and said that they had actually lost the order and had now found it, the order had been ready for two weeks. I didn't hear any apologies.

They do not know how to work with sizes, this is due to poor Photoshop skills. 4 rubles for two pictures was not a pity, but the time spent. The site is beautifully designed, the center is also decent, but the skills.. I hope it was an intern. Good luck in your studies.
