I took photos today, and 28 of the 31 were returned. I only found them at home when I was putting them in an album. They took the money for 31 photos. Everything would be fine, when talking on the phone they said they didn't know, maybe your photos got to another person. It's good if they haven't been printed! They apologized, but I'll go again. They're acting ugly and terrible!!!
