God!! I do not advise you to order anything from the word at all in this printing salon, it's just a divorce, deception at every step, they took 100% prepayment for the ordered goods, agreed on the time, date and there is nothing! They feed us breakfast, reschedule dates, set a time-we arrive but they are not there and no one gives anything away!! The head brazenly lies, constantly talks about some problems, breakdowns, etc!! As a result, no one is still giving anything away, we were let down, the order was not made!!

Good afternoon!
Unfortunately, contacting this salon left only negative emotions. Printing two sets of business cards of 96 pieces each took 3 days, although the website stated printing within 2-3 hours, and only printing from 1000 pieces takes up to 7 days, which is why my choice fell on this salon.
A separate issue is the girl who communicates with customers. She did not respond to any of my emails about the time of order readiness (she wrote to the email address indicated on the website). We managed to contact her only by phone, where, of course, there was a reason why the production was delayed. When the time came to pick up the business cards, she was 25 minutes late for the opening of the salon, no words of apology, to my indignation she informed me that they would open on time as soon as they took another seller. She behaved completely ugly and did absolutely nothing to ensure that the client left with at least more or less positive emotions.
The director apologized in a telephone conversation and promised that everything would be fine next time.
As for the print quality, everything is not perfect here either. The business cards are printed on very thin paper, which, of course, is designed for printing them, but I suspect that the least dense of all possible options is something to compare with. Initially, I sent samples for printing in the format.jpg, which, as they explained to me later, is not entirely true and had to be sent in the format.ai, so that the print is not just an "impression" of a picture on paper, but a seal (who knows, he will understand what it is about). But, since this was the first time I made an order of this kind, I did not know such subtleties, and ideally, as I see it, I should have been consulted on this issue and explained how the print would look in the end, all the more insulting that I had samples of the right format.
P.S.: I came across an announcement about the search for an employee for the position of operator of this photo salon. They take without experience and education for a salary of 520 rubles, i.e. they will teach and show everything, and the money will also be paid to a person who does not know how to do anything and has not studied anything. All that is required is to be polite, friendly and loyal to the customer- but even this, it turns out, is impossible!
In general, I definitely do not recommend using the services of this photo salon! In conditions of the highest competition, the level of service is very low.
