I would like to express my gratitude to the photo center and the girls who work here. Especially for Galina), they made a pillow with a design from a bunch (about 40) small photographs on both sides. Galina helped to create a design, arrange all the photos beautifully, and offered several options. Nowadays, it's rare to find a sympathetic attitude towards a client, and especially for such a small amount of money. I recommend it!

I constantly order the printing of a flip wall calendar, and I also ordered the printing on canvas, there are many size options, the print quality is excellent, nothing has burned out over the years. The day before yesterday, porters came with a young man to print out colored pictures. The girl is clearly dissatisfied with her life or work, because initially she met us absolutely unfriendly, on her face it read "how are you all ..". Neither "hello" nor "how can I help", she absolutely did not ask any questions, but barely answered something briefly to mine. I asked her where I could dump the files via tg, showing that it highlights two accounts. She didn't even look at it properly, but said that anyone would do. I sent it to the first one. There is also a claim that nothing came to her and that, it turns out, it should have been sent to another one. Okay. Then I started to get indignant that all the pictures are in different sizes, they say, solve the problem yourself. But in the end, when my boyfriend joined the conversation, it turned out that with almost a second click she was able to easily bring all the photos to the same size, hallelujah. Without any words in the literal sense, she almost threw us a file with pictures, naming the cost. And in the same way, without "thank you / please / goodbye", she continued to go about her business with a dissatisfied face. They gave 24p for 10 leaves. For such a price, I would like to see a friendly attitude towards customers, and not a disregard, especially when we came with positivity and kindness. The sediment remained concrete. The mood was ruined for the whole evening. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken.

I came on 09/22/2024 to print out the documents and make copies of my originals. When I came home, I saw that the receipt also indicated a "printout" of my original documents. I paid for my own papers that I brought) It's unpleasant, but for the sake of three rubles, I didn't go back.

Passport photo, a separate kind of bullying. The photographer did not help with the angle, the quality of the picture did not suit, I had to throw it away and reshoot it in another photo studio. Sorry for the time and money spent. But in general, frames, albums, everything is like everywhere else. Nothing remarkable!
