This is the second stunning fountain with two small cascades and a huge bowl of water from the complex, which includes three separate fountains, and is part of the Slepyanskaya water and decorative system in Polotsk Park. The facility was built in 1985. Creative benches and urns are installed next to the fountain. The water flowing down from the fountain and running over small waterfalls can be watched endlessly. The fountain is a popular recreation area for children and adults, as well as a popular "meeting place", probably because of its central location in this creative area of the Polotsk Park.
