Behind Navoi Avenue, Navoi Park adjoins the square with a magnificent modern arch, painted under the dome with scenes from the life of Babur. I remember two cities in Uzbekistan where the main character is not Tamerlane, but some other commander - Andijan with Babur and Urgench with the Mongol fighter (!) By Jalaladdin Manguberti.
