Fountains are needed, there are not so many of them in the city. In addition, for the third year in a row, the average monthly temperature of each of the three summer months will be +20 C and above. As for the fountain located on Lenin Avenue, there is, in fact, nothing joyful here. It works "through a stump deck", and when turned off, its pool looks like a rectangular puddle measuring 5 by 6 meters and 20 cm deep. See my post-moderation photo frames. It needs modernization and serious improvement of its condition. Fortunately, this is the only bad fountain in the city. Hopefully, the renovation of this facility will not take long.
