The charming fountain is located between a grandiose multi-stage cascading waterfall on the site of the Slepyanskaya water and decorative system in the Chingiz Aitmatov Park. The fountain decorates and complements the composition of a multi-stage cascading waterfall. There are pedestrian stairs around the fountain that allow you to climb to the top of the cascade. The facility was built in 1985. You can admire the fountain from next to it and from a height, climbing the pedestrian stairs to the top of the cascade.
