This is the third stunning fountain with two small cascades and a huge bowl of water from the complex, which includes three separate fountains, and is part of the Slepyanskaya water and decorative system in Polotsk Park. The facility was built in 1985. Ducks swim in the fountain area with waterfalls, and birds come here to drink water or just relax. Creative benches and urns are installed next to the fountain. The water flowing down from the fountain and running over small waterfalls can be watched for hours, the sight is mesmerizing. The fountain is a popular recreation area for children and adults, and it is always crowded.
