A hotel with an excellent location relative to many places. Phoenix Island, Pedestrian and Underground streets are within walking distance. There are many cafes of different levels nearby, there are shopping malls from small to medium. Other places (Joy City Shopping Center, Dadonghai Bay, Turned Head Park Hotel, etc.) can be easily reached by bus or taxi. The beach is across the street, but you have to go through the intersection, and in the end it's 500 meters away. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need (slippers, bathrobes, gels, toothbrushes and pastes, hair dryer, safe, iron and ironing board). Although if you dig deep, you can always find something (they say this in almost all hotels after covid). Breakfasts can be said to be monotonous, but given the breadth of the assortment, you can always find something to eat and not repeat yourself. Dinner for the sake of interest can be attended. Seafood, rolls, pastries, desserts, ice cream. It's not fancy, but it's delicious.

The sea is 10 minutes away, there are many shops and cafes nearby. The cafe's menu is in Russian. We had a little fun with the "fidelity" of the translation, but we figured it out. I was struck by the level of security, both for residents and tourists. Thanks a lot for that. The beach is huge, no one bothers anyone. The sea is fire! A warm, soft memory from riding the waves does not let go. There are many interesting locations, you can visit both independently and with an excursion. Important! We also bought SIM cards at Pulkovo airport and freely used our messengers. We downloaded the translator and communicated perfectly with taxi drivers and store employees))). I'm impressed. I'll probably have another blanket)))

I really liked the hotel. Great mattresses. Good cleaning service. An excellent breakfast is quite suitable for a European. The lunch is also good according to the residents. The rooms are well cleaned. Linen is changed frequently. The staff is very friendly. Chinese hotel guide Nadia was very helpful in communicating with the staff. We were given a beach blanket for sunbathing and towels for the beach daily. The view of the sea from the window is just a fire! No one was racing out of the water on the beach, while in Dudonghai they complained that they were not allowed to enter the water for 5 days. I highly recommend it.

Most of the hotels in this bay are focused on domestic tourism. As a result, almost total ignorance of foreign languages. The rooms are clean. It is better to take a room with a sea view, it is very beautiful. Breakfast is a buffet. Both European and national food. Delicious. Always freshly prepared. I've never had any digestive problems in a week, even after eating at local cafes. The price and quality are optimal. It's close enough to the airport, but not so close that planes take off and land nearby. The beach is across the street, sandy. There are no umbrellas or sun beds, you can lie down under the palm trees. You can get blankets for the beach for free at the reception (if you can explain what you need). There is almost no one in the sea, the locals do not swim. The pool is also not crowded. There is a large grocery store very close by. The overall impression is good.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Sanya Hotel as a couple from May 09 to May 17, 2025. The hotel is 5 stars, which fully corresponds to the content and quality of the services provided at the hotel. The hotel is located on the 1st line (the beach is public across the street). The hotel offers excellent breakfasts from 6-00 to 11-00 in the morning, where you can taste Chinese cuisine, as well as a traditional continental breakfast. There is any kind of coffee in the coffee machines. There is a welcome white tea and cold lemonade at the reception during the day. There are always places by the pool, which is open until 22:00. The pool is clean, they give you towels, which you can also take to the pool. The room has a refrigerator, tea, iron with ironing board, TV with 2 Russian channels, beach mat, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, ice dishes, tea set is replenished daily (black and green tea in 1 sachet, sugar, milk). Water is replenished daily in the room, from 2 to 5 bottles of 0.5 liters each. Cleaning and towel change every day, bed linen change every other day. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are replenished daily in the bathroom. There are no shower caps (if that's important to anyone). On the 29th floor there is a beautiful sky bar with a good price tag for beer and cocktails, which offers magnificent views of the sunset and the entire Sanya Bay, and at this time the bar is always free. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are public transport stops nearby, from where you can independently take a bus to any place popular with vacationers in Hainan. A 25-minute walk from the hotel is the night market (not to be confused with the first market, which is more designed for tourists). There is a coconut alley promenade along the beach, where dancing, aerobics, and performances by local talents (dancing and singing) take place every evening. The beach is always free and there are practically no people in the sea. No fleas or hyehen were seen on the beach. Mosquitoes can bite in the hotel, but there are fumigators in the rooms.

Fruits, sweets. Where do you eat breakfast at home? The location of the hotel is the very center. There's a gorgeous beach across the street. Where there are very few people. That made us happy. There are toilets, and where to wash your feet from the sand. The sailor is very pleasant. There were no fleas. Who's writing all this stuff?? They were lying right on the sand. We rode the bus to pineapple on the 108th. They ate seafood for pennies. There is something to see in Sanya. I recommend the Deer turned its head Park. Bus 125 to the ring. In general, the hotel is a bit old, but decent. We liked everything.

Japanese cuisine, fresh tuna, octopus, salmon. They'll cut it up in front of you, and all kinds of sauces are nearby. Oysters, shrimps, kebabs, lamb and beef steaks. Vegetables, fruits, desserts. Everything is very high quality. Alcohol: three types of beer. Canned beer, two types of draft craft beer, I liked it with a fruity taste. But, upon arrival, I was very pleased: good rooms (we had a small corner, but very comfortable), a beach across the street, a children's and adult swimming pool on the territory (there is usually no one there), but our compatriots occupied the sun beds by the pool and melted on them from morning to evening. The breakfasts are good. But the dinners are so-so - you can do better (package dinner offers). We had lunch and dinner in the pedestrian street area - there are many places with food.

Fresh fruit basket every day))) I learned new tastes... a wonderful guide who brought the freshest fried sea products in the morning!)))The sea is good, but the Chinese rescuers are terrible. You can't swim there. You walk to the buoys!!! The beach is clean but tiny, and Hilton and Marriott are right there!)........... the rescuers start waving their hands and whistling as if I did not approach the buoys but the bombs. The Chinese do not swim, especially women, and do not sunbathe, run under umbrellas and hide.......... The golf courses are great...evenings in high society styles ...............I'm falling asleep...........
