Everything is as described. There is no Russian-language TV channel, a very small fitness room for one person. I recommend using the bed-sleep mode. The breakfasts haven't changed a single time in a month, not even the arrangement of the plates. The sea is 2 km away, according to the Samsung application, do not go quickly. But this is not a negative. They took off the stars for the hotel guide (an adult girl, from biblio, braided braids) for a very unprofessional first meeting, namely for the phrases: - The Chinese are not your friends -In case of trouble, you will be robbed like a stick (about the moped) -We ourselves are not friends with the Chinese - Chinese banks won't accept your currency anyway, give it to us, and so on... gone. We didn't start feeding on negativity right away.

It's a good hotel for your money. We traveled independently, without tours or guides. The staff (except for sales staff) did not communicate in English or Russian, but all issues were resolved quickly and clearly with the help of an interpreter. The room is beautiful, matched the photo, a little tired. I didn't like the microscopic closet, which couldn't hold all the clothes for two, and there were also problems with the sliding doors. On the first day, I was stuck in the toilet. 🥲 The staff who clean is very friendly, they do the cleaning and change of linen/towels every day. They provide hygiene items (shampoos, brushes, etc.) It's a nice pool, not very deep, there are often places on a chaise longue, and a lifeguard sits all the time. The hotel has a shop with bathing accessories, snacks and drinks, the prices are slightly higher than in a regular store. I didn't eat at the hotel cafe, but the smell and look of the food was delicious. Also, the exterior of the hotel is very beautiful, lots of vegetation, well-maintained territory. I can't call it a disadvantage, rather a feature of the climate, but I noticed cockroaches on the territory of the hotel (not in the room). Russian russians are very plentiful in the hotel's tourist area, and almost everyone speaks Russian in the nearby shops and cafes. The nearest beach is 15min away.

To begin with, we have never been to an all-inclusive hotel, we mostly stayed in 3-star hotels. But it so happened that with two children there are not many options for living together + a lot of good reviews, that's why we chose this hotel. Our room was very huge - it had two floors with 3 toilets and 3 showers, and a bathroom on the balcony. But the two-story one is even more of a minus, because we were unlucky with the weather, we only swam in the sea once, mostly we walked in parks and excursions, and there we have to walk a lot, and after such marches, there is also constant running up the stairs in the room. I also didn't like the lighting - it's very dark in the rooms, there are a lot of buttons for each individual light bulb, and Rebus begins to figure out how to turn them on together at the same time. There are no normal mirrors! There is also a window to the toilet and shower, which are separated by glass partitions. Of course, we closed it with curtains. If you plan to spend time on the beach, please note that towels are not provided here. The Wi-Fi at the reception worked only for the first couple of days, and then for some reason it stopped connecting, and the room was only on the ground floor. Ask for the password at the reception, they have Russian instructions. The location of the hotel, in my opinion, is excellent. We like to live a short distance from the beach and all the entertainment venues. If you turn right from the elevator, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away, from which you can take the 136 bus to the treehouses, the white heron Park and other attractions in that direction. If anything, ask the hotel staff, they will try to help. Breakfast starts at 7. We didn't like it: almost everything is greasy, they don't even know how to make banal scrambled eggs. It is mainly designed for Chinese people. The fruits were unripe melons and watermelons, bananas. In general, the hotel is not bad with its pros and cons.
