The service is disgusting. They promised delivery in 1.5 hours and brought it an hour later. They argued that they had a problem with the oven. While I was waiting, I called them three times. The first time they replied that the courier had already left FOR ME. The next two calls were not even answered. If they had called and warned me that they had problems with the oven, I would have thought about how I could feed my three children in a different way. Sitting and waiting for food for two and a half hours is bullying. Neither "sorry" nor any other forms of conflict resolution have been received. It is quite obvious that they have us... you. I won't write anything about the quality of the food, because I refused the order.
