When my daughter broke the iPhone (everyone knows the prices for replacing the display), they honestly warned me that at the moment of the repair itself there might be 2 options, more expensive and cheaper, and that they would try very hard to make it cheaper. I was already ready for the expensive option - but they made it cheaper! And everything works like clockwork. Where else will they think, not how to "snatch", but how to save the client's money? And this is not the only repair that we have done there, and always quickly and efficiently. That's why we keep coming back.

I brought an ipad mini2 to this workshop, which worked without problems for more than 10 years, after which the Home button stopped working and the battery quickly began to discharge. As a result, instead of the agreed period of one week, the repair was delayed for a month, and the price of 110 rubles increased to 150 without approval, and already after the issue of the tablet from repair. Subsequently, the replaced button turned out to be a touch glass with a button assembly, which was also not announced in advance, and so low-quality that the magnetic sensor for opening/closing the case stopped working, and the button worked poorly from the first days, and after a month and a half it completely failed. In general, the button was not repaired and the magnetic sensor was broken. When discussing these problems, the master talked impudently, and no, to at least apologize, he accused me that I pushed the button (I managed not to push the original one for 10 years) and came to make claims, and accused the tablet that it would be better if he did not contact him, because he could not even make money on it. So who is to blame for this? The word incompetence fits here. In fairness, I note that he offered to re-glue the button, but I do not know what this means and fearing that after another such repair something else will stop working, I refused.

I was so happy that I forgot to write a review yesterday. The speaker clogged up a couple of months ago. Listening to music or watching videos was unbearable on a purely physical level. I don't know how much you should dislike your ears. In addition, there are small chips on the protective glass. One of them is next to the front camera. A normal selfie was taken only during the day or in complete darkness with a flash. Room light from a lamp, lanterns on the street - in these conditions it is unrealistic to take a picture: glare appeared on the screen. But if the speaker and chips could still be tolerated, then the nest was the last straw. To charge the phone, it was necessary to sweat a lot and fix a comfortable position. But the longer I postponed going to the service center, the more the nest was loosened. I stopped at FoxFix in my search for services: there are a lot of satisfied customers, before/after photos, and - most convenient for me - they work on Saturdays. As a result: excellent service, ridiculous price, excellent work and a surge of dopamine. The time is 15 minutes. The price for a repaired socket, protective glass and a cleaned speaker is 40 rubles. For comparison: in Minsk, only protective glass cost 30 rubles. And that was 2 and a half years ago) P.S. - I also have a slightly cracked back cover around the camera after the fall. This does not affect the quality and performance in any way, purely visual aesthetics. He asked if the chip could eventually switch to a camera and how much it would cost to replace the back cover. The guys quickly figured out the price and warned me that if I wasn't going to drop the phone in the near future, then it was okay. Or they could have scared me. So if I run into problems again, go straight to October 12. The guys from FoxFix simply left no other choice (without threats and blackmail). Recommendation!
